Meet America Corrales Bortin, founder of American Taco Shop. \u00a0Some of America\u2019s earliest memories were of her in the kitchen cooking with her mother in Mexico. At the age of fourteen she moved to the United States after her mother passed away. \u00a0She lived with her oldest brother and sister-in-law. \u00a0After meeting her husband in 1999, Terry Bortin, America decided to pursue her dream of opening America\u2019s Taco Shop. \u00a0Now with six locations opening in the valley, America is finally living her dream. \u00a0Read how America answered these 20 questions.<\/p>\n
