AZF: What is your “life motto”?<\/strong>
ES: <\/strong>What you give comes back to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path right for you?<\/strong>
ES: <\/strong>I think a small part of me always knew, but what that means in practice has been something that continues to look different and evolve over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: How do you feel best supported?<\/strong>
ES: <\/strong>I love being surrounded by excitement! I try to fill my social circle and my professional network with excited and energetic people.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst of the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?<\/strong>
ES: <\/strong>I’m lucky that my practice provides me the ability to see a tangible impact in my clients’ lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.<\/strong>
ES: <\/strong>My perfect Saturday morning would be taking a long early morning walk with my puppy Voltaggio to go get some coffee from Peixoto, and then either hitting the farmers market or a morning class at Rumble Boxing afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?<\/strong>
ES: <\/strong>To embrace being uncomfortable, because I have experienced the most growth and personal and professional development in situations where I was most uncomfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
