That didn\u2019t play out as my dreams predicted, but it did work out in some ways. I\u2019m on a great professional team at M Culinary. We just play with knives, not balls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong>The Crew at M Culinary. We strive to exceed expectations and do it so often it\u2019s hard to keep track of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong>Michael DeMaria, my business partner. We started this company with a \u201cfood first\u201d mentality and Michael has never wavered from that ideal.
