City you live in:<\/strong> Fountain Hills – the best views in the valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A typical day<\/strong> in my life includes<\/strong>: A light breakfast reading the Wall Street Journal, followed by a 7-mile run, half an hour of weights, followed by organizing car events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born:<\/strong> Yes, and most who have met wish I hadn\u2019t been.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona:<\/strong> The heat. My wife claims we moved here so that I could acclimatize to my final resting place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m listening to:<\/strong> I like everything from country to classical, except for rap. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family<\/strong>: Sadly just a wife. I wish my parents were alive as they were both so much fun, and I think they\u2019d be relieved that I\u2019m not in jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be<\/strong>: Ronald Reagan, but if it was dinner and breakfast then Jennifer Lawrence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without:<\/strong> This is so sucky, but my wife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be:<\/strong> I wanted to be a successful race-car driver. Yet another failure in a long list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m inspired by:<\/strong> Many friends who are smarter, kinder, and more talented than me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one person who motivates me is<\/strong>: My wife, who keeps me on track and ensures balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be:<\/strong> Well it\u2019s a very long list but let\u2019s go with something simple – getting people to do what they say they\u2019re going to do, and doing it properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The perfect day would be: <\/strong>Bacon and eggs on the balcony of a penthouse in Monte Carlo, a spirited drive in a 275GTB\/4 Competizione on those fabulous mountain roads, culminating with dinner at a restaurant with a view over the Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My first job was:<\/strong> A summer job selling pajamas in a department store. That was when people actually wore pajamas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My pet peeve is:<\/strong> People who don\u2019t do what they are meant to do, and don\u2019t do it properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite escape is:<\/strong> Traveling – anywhere, anytime but with my wife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My life is:<\/strong> A roller coaster, not for its ups and downs, but for the fun and thrills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m currently working on:<\/strong> Concours in the Hills, the Ferrari Club, a few other car events, and planning trips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My biggest dream is:<\/strong> A long list of cars I\u2019d like to own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always:<\/strong> Treat others as you\u2019d like to be treated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter\u2019s career included growing one of Canada\u2019s most successful advertising agencies, Griffin Bacal Volny, whose clients include many major players in the automotive field. He\u2019s been an editorial advisor and regular columnist for several magazines.
