A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong>soaking up sunshine, touching the earth, connecting with other open-hearted humans and eating really good food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born\u2026<\/strong> Stephanie was born in the midwest lands of IL and Aaron in Phoenix, Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026\u00a0<\/strong>We love the hot heat of the sunshine and the beautiful intensity of the desert life. Not to mention the moderate weather and easy going culture. \u00a0or \u00a0We love the moderate weather with lots of sun, the beauty of the desert, and the easy going culture in Sedona and all around Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m listening to\u2026 <\/strong>self development and real estate podcasts. Music-wise, currently on repeat is Sri Kala, Prezence, Equanimous, & Ayla Nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family\u2026 <\/strong>Aaron’s family is loving, supportive, and always there for him. They live close in\u00a0AZ so we all get to see each other often. Stephanie’s family does not always understand her conscious lifestyle, although many still love and care for her to the best of their ability. It would be easy to say that she’s the black sheep of her family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong>my future self.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong> “Being able to move my body freely, to music or to my own beat. Movement is my medicine. I don’t know what I would do if I weren’t able to stretch and allow the pains to leave my body. Dancing to me is simply that, movement to get the pains of the world to release from my body in heartfelt movement.” \u2014Stephanie, “I cannot live without having easy\u00a0access to the Earth and bathing in natural hot springs.” \u2014Aaron<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong>Stephanie a pet store owner, Aaron an escapee from the matrix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong>people who profoundly impact or influence the world into betterment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong>“the person I am actively becoming. And Stephanie.” \u2014Aaron\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/strong> to have each and every one of us allow the love, that we always are and always have, to fill every cell in our body. The goal is that\u00a0the energy being used to create upon this planet overwhelmingly shifts into a state of bliss and love. That’s the kind of life & planet we want to be living within. And so it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong>waking up outside with the sun shining across my eyelids, as my ears fill with the beautiful sound of the birds greeting each other. I rise to be met with the beauty of the day and enjoy a beverage that is exactly what I am needing for my vitality in that\u00a0Now moment, sometimes fresh pressed grapefruit juice or sometimes a ‘bulletproof’,\u00a0mycotoxin free, organic coffee. The day is filled with loving exchanges with friends, the ability to allow my body to be hot and cold at my leisure, and ample rest and playtime for creative\u00a0expression. There are bodies of water to allow myself to play within, as well as beautiful nourishing locally grown organic produce & ethically sourced meats to indulge in. We close the evening in prayer around a fire underneath the starry skies of Sedona in song with our brothers and our sisters here in the community. There are drums, and beautiful sounds coming from the\u00a0mouths of our family as we join together in the frequencies of light, love, and laughter. My head eventually finds its place on my pillow as I shift my focus and my energy inward for the night to really revel in appreciation for who I am becoming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My first job was\u2026 <\/strong>For Stephanie it was a box office clerk at the local movie theater in high school. Aaron’s first job was bicycle delivery for sandwiches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong> hot springs around the country.

My life\u2026 <\/strong>is full of beautiful surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m currently working on\u2026 <\/strong>expanding our ability to support people in healing and self development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always\u2026<\/strong> will I be thinking about my son, and how his energy, love, light, and presence felt with us with the limited days we were with him on this planet in physical form. I’m grateful for his spirit, lovingly guiding me along my path as I walk this earth. Always will I see my sights with the curiosity of what it might look like through his lens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Never\u2026<\/strong> have we thought that\u00a0the sheer magnitude of impact we can have on the world, just as two people, was possible. After the birth and death of our son there has been a lot of things\u00a0that we never thought were possible being presented. We’re leaning into this, and working with it to create beauty around us wherever possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Pet Peeve(s)\u2026<\/strong> the sounds of food smacking in someone else’s mouth when you’re not smacking your mouth with delicious food as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stephanie also takes clients through her spiritual life coaching business,\u00a0and she owns a local dog training company in Sedona, with plans for expansion to Prescott.
