A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong>I wake up early to take my dog on a walk and exercise. That sets me up for success to get outside and get some movement. On a typical workday, I will have 4 \u2013 8 meetings which I try to space out throughout the day to avoid \u201cZoom fatigue\u201d and give me enough time to follow up with our clients after our meetings. We usually go on a family walk or bike ride in the evening, or lots of swimming in the summer months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong>My favorite thing about Arizona is the weather. I\u2019ve lived here since 1996 with a brief time in California, but the summers don\u2019t phase me anymore. I love that you can drive to snow but can come back to the sunshine on the same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m listening to\u2026 <\/strong>I have several different mixes on Spotify that I choose depending on the day and my mood, but it varies quite a bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family\u2026 <\/strong>My family is my motivation to always be better. They inspire me to strive to be a better version of myself every day, and I hope that my daughter looks up to me the way I have always looked up to my parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong>If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be my grandma. She passed away in 2013, and we were very close. There has been so much change in the last nine years, and I would love to tell her all about it and get her thoughts and advice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026 <\/strong>I cannot live without my Peloton. To me, it\u2019s not just about the workout, but I feel like movement and music also help set the tone for the day. I cycle every day as a way to decompress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be a dancer. I danced through high school, and I loved the component of movement and music together. I still love dancing and am now watching my daughter start her ballet and tap classes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong>My family inspires me. They are truly my motivation to be better every day. Whether it\u2019s being a better mother, daughter, wife, or friend, they are my constant inspiration and what I work toward every day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong>My daughter is the person who motivates me the most. I know she is always watching what I\u2019m doing, how I\u2019m saying things, how I\u2019m interacting with other people, and more. Her outlook on life and what she will grow up to be depends entirely on what she sees at home, and that is my motivation to always be better so she can always see the best version of myself to inspire her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
