A typical day in my life includes\u2026<\/strong> up at 5:30am to head to Phoenix Childrens to CT surgery as a PA-C (just a fyi, owning two business may be harder than doing hearts ;)). Any free time I have at work is writing emails or calling distributors for Gastrom\u00e9 Market, sending a sweet text to my wife\/business partner every so often. Finally come home and feed our fur babies and possibly change my clothes and off to help at our restaurant in Maryvale, \u201cPho Bowl\u201d. Now with Jenny she is the financial brains behind Gastrom\u00e9 Market and Pho Bowl and is always working on spreadsheets and analyzing numbers!! She is one busy lady too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born\u2026 <\/strong>(Tiff) Escondido, California. (Jenny) Hue, Vietnam. Now there is a remarkable story! And Jenny may share it over a glass of wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m listening to\u2026 <\/strong>The Weeknd\u2019s album, \u201cAfter Hours\u201d, is so good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family\u2026<\/strong> my amazing niece, Kayli and her 3 kiddos live near me but the rest are in California enjoying $6\/gallon gas prices! Jenny has a boatful of nieces and nephews and couple siblings here in AZ, they are so much fun when we get to hang out together. The food spread is always extravagant and overflowing, enough to feed a whole community!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong>Julia Child. She was pretty incredible and so damn funny and LOVES food! To us she was quite a trailblazer for women. Jenny would love to dine with Buddha too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong> FOOD!! We kinda have a big love for good food. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite escape\u2026 <\/strong>all inclusive resort to anywhere beautiful by the water or on a cruise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My life\u2026<\/strong> is plentiful, fun, and filled with lots of love and laughter. Ohhh and a boatload maybe two of stress with Gastrom\u00e9 Market opening up this summer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m currently working on\u2026 <\/strong>inventory selection for Gastrom\u00e9 Market and Jenny, yup you guessed, it \u201cExcel spreadsheets.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
