My family\u2026 <\/strong>Is supportive, loving and open minded. My mother passed a year ago, of cognitive related illnesses, and my father is in Surprise, Arizona, and my brothers are in Mesa and Cabo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong>This is a hard one! Richard Branson or Peter Diamandis (which could happen). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026 <\/strong>I\u2019d say something silly like my phone or coffee, but I\u2019d truly say I couldn\u2019t live without human connection and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bio-on yourself\/company:<\/strong> Nico Doniele has been around the restaurant industry her entire life. The daughter of an award-winning executive chef. Before she knew it, she was working in restaurants in Scottsdale, tending bar, serving tables, and being a part of restaurants\u2019 opening teams for countless years. Now, she\u2019s marrying her love of the restaurant industry with the passion she has for food health and health education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through struggles of her own with gut health issues, she found it difficult to find places where she could eat and celebrate food with her friends. Furthermore, being a change maker, she found it difficult to find conscious places to eat where all things were thought about. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By creating the concept Sant\u00e9, it is her mission that eating out with diet restriction frustrations are a thing of the past and acknowledging that the choices WE make for our planet, are the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 5,000 square-foot space includes an extensive, wrap-around patio and private dining space with chic d\u00e9cor that blends Hollywood Regency glamour with boho touches. Design features include living green moss walls, neon signs and a pink feather chandelier, with a focus on blush tones, brass accents, and natural wood. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
