A typical day in my life includes… <\/strong>morning coffee and admin correspondence, workout, appointments and consults, staff training and development, cooking dinner with a good movie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born<\/strong>… 4\/24\/1981<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona….<\/strong> the never-ending summers and the beautiful views!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m listening to…. <\/strong>a little bit of TX country peppered with some rock and 90\u2019s rap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family…. <\/strong>bigger than just blood for me, those close friendships mean the most to me.  BUT my mother has been an incredible mentor for me my whole life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…<\/strong> going to scale this up a bit with a table including Arnold Schwarzeneggar, Sylvester Stallone, Chuck Norris, George Strait, and Chad Smith (co-owner of Mobile Trainers!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without… <\/strong>iced tea!  It\u2019s an addiction I\u2019m not currently prepared to confront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be….<\/strong> a car designer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m inspired by… <\/strong> individuals that never feel they have reached their peak and are striving to always be a better person today than they were yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one person who motivates me is… <\/strong>my mother, an incredible example of <\/strong>perseverance and success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… <\/strong>I feel that Mobile Trainers and I are working on that right now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The perfect day would be… <\/strong>coffee, gym, pool, happy hour with friends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My first job was…. <\/strong>as a lifeguard for Schlitterbahn Waterpark when I was 16!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite escape… <\/strong>the ocean always helps to recenter me to have a healthier perspective. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My life…<\/strong> has been an amazing rollercoaster with the best parts of the ride yet to come!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m currently working on…. <\/strong> growing Mobile Trainers into the accessible household brand leader in fitness!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always… <\/strong>keep putting one foot in front of the other, all other choices hold yourself and those you love back<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Never… <\/strong>give in unless it\u2019s really hard math.  Then I highly suggest asking for some help.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
