Local marketing professional and mother of two Erin Stremcha is getting ready to release her first book, \u201cPower Up\u201d later this month. The affirmation book highlights 29 pep talks to motivate and encourage kids of all ages and will be available starting Thursday, April 29, 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate the launch, Stremcha is rolling out a \u2018Buy a Book, Donate a Book\u2019 program. Each time someone purchases a \u201cPower Up\u201d book, a child in the community benefits.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

For every book purchased, we are going to donate a book (both digital and hard copies) towards charities supporting foster and abused children such as Arizona\u2019s Children Association. <\/p>

By purchasing this book, you are helping equip children who otherwise may not have the family support they need to feel loved, supported, and valued.<\/p>– Author Erin Stremcha<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

According to the Arizona Department of Child Safety, there are more than 19,000 children in foster care in Arizona. Stremcha hopes to make a positive difference for those children with her book and donation program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stremcha was inspired to write the book by her two sons, who she gifted the book to originally. Her passion for mentoring young people to achieve their dreams, raise their self-confidence helped her recognize that her goal in life, is to help make a positive difference for children in Arizona and worldwide.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I recently thought to myself, there\u2019s never been a better time in the world to give back to causes you feel strongly about. That is why my goal is to help all 19,000 Arizona foster children feel loved, supported, and gain self-esteem. <\/p>

I have published a book that affirms children and helps to unlock that power within them and be inspired by the most powerful voice in the world \u2013 their own!<\/p>– Author Erin Stremcha<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
