At this stage of my life, my Mondays \u2013 Fridays are primarily focused on my business. On an ideal workday, I wake up and read from my bible before getting in a workout (I alternate between yoga and SoulCycle typically). I make a coffee at home or pick-up an oat milk latte, then jump into <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urjabeauty.com\/\">URJA<\/a> for the day. After work, I catch-up with my girlfriends. I love to cook, so when I can, I make something healthy for dinner at home. I spend my evenings with my pup (Chloe) and typically stretch before heading to bed. On the weekends, I am usually traveling and spending time with my friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I was born\u2026 <\/strong>September 9<sup>th<\/sup> and am a true Virgo (loyal, kind, hardworking, a perfectionist).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong>Arizona = family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m listening to\u2026 <\/strong>URJA\u2019s playlists on Spotify. I typically find inspiration in my relationships and in anything creative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong>my business partners, <a href=\"https:\/\/urjabeauty.com\/pages\/founders\">Liz Bishop<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/urjabeauty.com\/pages\/intimates\">Dr. Sherry Ross<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026 <\/strong>a surplus of kindness. Everyone has challenges and pain. We are growing and learning together. We all need more kindness and grace in our lives \u2013 towards others and ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong>making memories somewhere remote with those I love the most, opening a bottle of wine and making dinner together. No phone, good music, dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My first job was\u2026 <\/strong>as<strong> <\/strong>Director of Partnerships for Kat Tanita of <a href=\"https:\/\/withlovefromkat.com\/\">With Love From Kat<\/a>. We developed and launched her <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/with-love-from-kat\/id1032026183\">WLFK Travel App<\/a> together.
