A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong>Waking up to a smack in the face from my son yelling \u201cDADA\u201d..no need for an alarm clock. Iron my clothes, I really like to iron. Once I\u2019m dressed, I kiss my son and I\u2019m out the door.

My journey starts with a pit stop at the Brokery office in Arcadia, I take this time to do market research, touch base with my colleagues, and bounce questions off of the big guns. From there I\u2019m prospecting, meeting with clients and smashing through my to-do list. By late afternoon..depending on the day I\u2019m either coaching soccer, cruisin\u2019 Arcadia with the family in a golf cart or cooking up a mean Carbonara. For my wind down, you\u2019ll hear a cork pop on a bold red Italian. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona real estate is\u2026<\/strong> the current pace. With Phoenix Metro being a top 3 destination, the competition is stiff but the speed and efficiency in which agents perform is a beautiful sight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m listening to\u2026<\/strong> J. Cole, Kendrick, Nightmares on Wax and 98.7 to get my sports fix while I\u2019m driving, among countless others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/strong>Tom Brady\u2026I mean, he\u2019s the GOAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong>my tailor\u2026shoutout to Phil Zizzo in Arcadia. To quote the great Deion Sanders \u201cIf you look good, you feel good, If you feel good, you play good, if you play good, they pay good.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong>an athlete turned sports agent. (Jerry Maguire got me hooked)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong>many. Family, friends, colleagues and strangers. It\u2019s not often I don\u2019t have a takeaway from a face to face or a conversation. Hopefully it\u2019s the same for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong>my wife and kids. When I kiss them on my way out, it sends me on a mission. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I’m currently working on\u2026<\/strong>investment opportunities. Although real estate is my passion, I\u2019m focused on exploring more opportunities when it comes to investing. I recently finalized a restaurant partnership close to my hometown in Massachusetts. It\u2019s a beautiful spot right on the water in Salem. Stay tuned!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
