A typical day in my life includes<\/strong>\u2026 Wake up at 5 am and head out for some fresh air and blood pumping. Get ready, feed the fur boys, tidy up the house, and make my bed. Head to work by 7 or 8. Pep talk with my staff for a successful day’s work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head home around 4. Feed the fur boys dinner (they don\u2019t let me forget or be late). Finish up computer work and think about priorities\/to do\u2019s for the next day. Make dinner (usually, Fuel To Fit but I splurge occasionally), unwind and hit the sack by 9 or 10 pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born<\/strong>\u2026 in Albuquerque, NM. Grew up working on a ranch and having lots of animals of all kinds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona<\/strong>\u2026 definitely the people and small business community. The weather and great restaurants are a major perk <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m listening to<\/strong>\u2026 \u201cThe XX\u201d at home and \u201cBeach Bar Lounge\u201d at the market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family<\/strong>\u2026 lives in New Mexico and I don\u2019t think they quite understood me or my crazy ideas for much of my life. But they are my biggest supporters and are beyond proud. They taught me discipline and hard work and let me run with it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be<\/strong>\u2026 Justin Timberlake. Need I say more? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without<\/strong>\u2026 My Westies (they\u2019re also the Tasty Pet models) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be<\/strong>\u2026 a lawyer. I still enjoy a good debate sometimes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one person who motivates me is<\/strong>\u2026 My team. I have never felt so much pressure to be a great role model. But their support and loyalty make me always strive to be a better person in everything I do. It\u2019s an amazing feeling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The perfect day would be<\/strong>\u2026 getting up early while the city is still asleep and taking my westie boys on a morning adventure. Followed by a relaxing spa day with a good friend. Ending with a nice dinner and a bottle of wine. No phone or email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My first job was<\/strong>\u2026 a cashier at a small local grocery store. I grew up a country kid so didn\u2019t have many options close to home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite escape<\/strong>\u2026 the beach, any beach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My life<\/strong>\u2026 Is much more scatterbrained than most think or know lol. I will never be perfect but I\u2019m learning every day how to make the best of life. I can proudly say that I live a healthy, happy life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m currently working on<\/strong>\u2026 Growing Fuel To Fit & Tasty Pet with great benefits and career opportunities. I want to be a platform to help my staff grow and (sadly) move on to accomplish big things on their own. I want them to know that they are capable of reaching their goals and dreams by showing and teaching them about my mistakes and successes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started FTF by myself with very little money. If you \u201cburn the boats\u201d and just keep pushing forward great things will happen. Not always as planned but that\u2019s ok. Sometimes our paths take a turn for the better without us knowing it at first. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Favorite Quote<\/strong>\u2026 I created this quote when I first moved to AZ 8 years ago. When I was driving out here I spent the drive thinking about how I can make a difference and change my future. From that day I have lived by my quote \u201cIt\u2019s not about who YOU know, but rather WHO knows YOU\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I make people feel when they meet me regardless of the situation. Did I make an impact to be memorable? Do I truly listen and engage in a way that makes them want to know me and how we can help or compliment each other? You can say all day \u201coh I know this person or that person\u201d but do they even know you exist? Did you make an impact enough to be remembered? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biggest Dream<\/strong>\u2026 owning a small ranch to start a non-profit, no-kill shelter for animals of all sizes, ages, and disabilities. My Pet Peeve(s)\u2026People that don\u2019t try or put in the effort. We are capable of so much more than we think or give ourselves credit for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Franchesca Gonzales spent the first part of her career in the banking industry prior to founding Fuel to Fit four years ago. In 2016, she developed her health-driven meal prep company, based in Tempe, Arizona, out of a desire to make a difference in people\u2019s lives by making healthy eating convenient, affordable, and delicious.
