A typical day in my life includes\u2026<\/strong> I usually start my day around 3 or 4 am to get a good jump start on the day.  First thing that is a must is to start the coffee pot. I spend about 10 to 15 minutes doing stretches\/yoga which is a great way for me to prepare my day mentally and physically.  Then some personal hygiene, shower shave, feel fresh and ready to take on the day.  I jump right in to answering all the emails I may have missed overnight, of course not without that first cup of coffee.  Then from there it depends what\u2019s on my schedule.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can range from meetings, to show prep or production for my weekly radio show, to any business affairs I need to take care of for the company. One of my personal secrets is to take a 30 to 45-minute nap during the day which lets my brain and body reset.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then usually at the end of the day, I have family time with my wife and daughter we have dinner and talk about our day.  I like to unwind with a book or a good movie, I am a big fan of documentaries and they tend to inspire.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong>I love the history, the culture and the beautiful scenery that inspires me to get out and explore this wonderful state and all it has to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over 15 years in the radio industry and entertainment business, I have worked for companies such as iHEART, CBS, Hubbard Radio, and Townsquare Media. My current and past duties include Author, Morning Show Host, Assistant, Program Director, and NightClub DJ.
