A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong>waking up around 5 am and going!  I work very hard every day to train as many people as I possibly can whip fitting in a class or 2 a day.  It is very tiring but I feel I was truly put on this earth to do what I am doing.  Making people challenge themselves every day through grueling workouts is a very rewarding thing to see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born\u2026. <\/strong>Richmond, Virginia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong>is the beautiful sunsets.  Honestly putting on some nice music and just dazing off to the pink Skys is therapy.  Also I really love the people.  Everyones is full of fire as everyone is constantly trying to be the best versions of themselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m listening to\u2026.<\/strong> Honestly anything from Drake to Shawn Mendes.  I’m all over the board lol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family\u2026. <\/strong>Is the reason why I started what I did. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026. <\/strong>Drake.  The dude is an absolute icon and I would love for an opportunity to pick his brain.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026 <\/strong>is my music.  Music is everything to me and without it I don\u2019t feel as if I would be complete.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026. <\/strong>A professional basketball player.  I can thank Steve Nash for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m inspired by\u2026. <\/strong>My mom.  She is my only inspiration and without her, I would be nothing <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026. <\/strong>Again my mom.  It is an honor to live for her every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026. <\/strong>World star nation.  It breaks my heart kids go to bed hungry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The perfect day would be\u2026. <\/strong>Getting a great group fitness class in the morning, followed up by getting some awesome food, with awesome people.  Vibing out with friends and family is by far the best thing in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My first job was\u2026<\/strong> A bus boy at a local Mexican restaurant.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite escape\u2026. <\/strong>Is the gym.  Blasting my music while dying to a great pump is the ultimate form of therapy for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My life\u2026. <\/strong>Is completely in my hands.  Being my own boss and creating the culture that I want to create within my business is by far one of the best feelings ever.  My life is mine and knowing that brings me joy every day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m currently working on\u2026. <\/strong>Expanding my business as much as possible.  The best part about what I do is helping people and the only thing I want to do is help as many people as possible.  Seeing my clients get better every day is the most rewarding thing in the world.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biggest Dream\u2026. <\/strong>Is to open multiple gyms in honor of my mom.  Everything I learned about fitness was from her and I would love to share all of that knowledge with as many people as I can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Pet Peeve(s)\u2026. <\/strong>Taking care of yourself.  You get one life, make sure you cherish your health to capitalize on the life you were given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More About Michael Barrett:<\/strong>
I am a 27-year-old fiery dude that has lived in Scottsdale for close to twenty years.  A story about me related to my company is my mom was named Jane Barrett and was a personal trainer\/fitness instructor.  Unfortunately, six years ago, she came down with pancreatic cancer and passed away.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tell you this because now I live my life with a major sense of purpose.  I live my life for the same reasons my mom did, which is to help individuals be the best versions of themselves through
