A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong>working out, packaging online orders, lots of coffee, and driving around to our stockists restocking inventory.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born\u2026 <\/strong>I was born in Rockport, IN.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong>Being from Indiana it\u2019s hard not to mention the weather and being able to ride motorcycles year round.\u00a0 However, the people are amazing.\u00a0 I find that even in a big city like Phoenix people are always altruistic and truly want the best for you.\u00a0 It has a very communal feel that i was used to growing up in a small town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m listening to\u2026 <\/strong>Oh man, my music tastes are all over the map! I\u2019d say my most played artist right now is Dermot Kennedy with everything from drake to luke combs mixed in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family\u2026 <\/strong>is truly amazing.\u00a0 They are incredibly supportive and have always been.\u00a0 I could go on about my parents and sister for pages.\u00a0 Simply put they are selflessly loving and always my biggest fans, whether it was my past career in baseball or my current in cosmetics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong>Oh, that\u2019s a tough one. I would say my first thought was Paul Mitchell. He\u2019s built an amazing career as a cosmetic professional and as an entrepreneur. He started Paul Mitchell while sleeping in his car.\u00a0 Stories like that inspire me.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong> a baseball player\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong>all that comes along with running your own business.\u00a0 all the good bad and everything in between.\u00a0 I always tell people that the first hair product I ever sold felt better than either Major league baseball draft I was selected in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong>my sister.\u00a0 she is my biggest fan and toughest critic. She never lets me slack that\u2019s for sure!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/strong> I\u2019d say the overall negativity of the world right now.\u00a0 I\u2019ve been one to suffer from a lot of anxiety throughout my life and understand how helpful a few kind words can be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong>it would have to include my family and my niece. Living in AZ and running a business while they are in Indiana makes that difficult.\u00a0 So a full day of coffee, sweatpants, and holidays with them is my ideal day.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My first job was at\u2026 <\/strong>I was a paid intern at an Indiana farm! I drove combines, semis, and climbed grain bins.\u00a0 Far cry from cosmetics in scottsdale, AZ i know!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite escape\u2026 <\/strong>Riding my motorcycle.\u00a0 For me, if I\u2019m stressed, anxious, or simply need to clear my head it\u2019s always on the bike.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My life\u2026 <\/strong>My life has been interesting. Going from a small town indiana and playing professional baseball to owning and operating Statum Style made me\u00a0 grow a lot as a person. Ive loved the pressure of sports and business and could never see myself doing anything else!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m currently working on\u2026<\/strong> In the big picture, my organization and procrastination.\u00a0 As someone who always sides with the creative aspect of my job i often neglect others.\u00a0 However, I have been in the process of formulating a skin care line to Statum set to launch in November! So that has been really exciting for me and im hopeful our skincare products will be as loved as our haircare.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always\u2026 <\/strong>respond with love and kindness regardless of the other person\u2019s behavior is.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Never\u2026 <\/strong>Never neglect to tell someone how you feel, how they inspire you, or simply that youre proud of them.\u00a0 You never know how it may impact them.\u00a0 Honestly when you start to do that, it\u2019s incredibly self rewarding also!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biggest Dream\u2026 <\/strong>My biggest dream would be to die with a family and kids who love and our proud of me. I think in business it is so easy to get caught up in numbers and goals instead of things that truly fullfill you.\u00a0 I try and get back to that mindset as much as possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
