A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong>Writing, lawyering, advancing the Rule of Law, reading, emailing, arguing, fretting about political absurdities, running two small businesses, blogging, asking for trouble and getting it, short naps, a decent Zinfandel once a day, hanging around law schools, high school basketball gyms, sitting up and taking nourishment, sunrises (even though I know it doesn\u2019t actually rise<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born\u2026 j<\/strong>ust shy of WWII.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026<\/strong> It\u2019s dry, is at its best in February, has a nonfunctioning river, welcomes interesting people, has a great law school, great lawyers, a fine mayor, and is not NYC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m listening to\u2026 <\/strong>Pre-21st<\/sup> Century C&W, iTunes, Seventies non-hard rock, jazz trombones & clarinets, and a little classical to soothe the noise from Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family\u2026 <\/strong>is why I feel so young and will live so long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/strong> Irving Stone, so I could ask him how he wrote all those books and learned all that stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
