My work schedule is usually pretty full of marketing and advertising meetings, creative development meetings for our aesthetic devices and products, or traveling to visit with Aesthetics Biomedical\u2019s team of brilliant plastic surgeons, dermatologists, mid-levels, aestheticians, and influencer\/celebrity partners!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>in 1995 \u2013 the Goofy Movie era.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>is when the snowbirds leave for the summer and there is no traffic during rush hour and the weather is great.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m listening to\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Spotify \u2013 specifically the Pop Rising playlist. That playlist is my go-to while I am working, driving, or just blasting it around my condo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My family\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>is the most important part of my life, outside of my faith. My favorite family-time is taking my niece and nephews on vacation, Jayger (10), Tallulah (10), and Dante (8).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Bob Iger, Executive Chairman of The Walt Disney Company. He reenergized the entire creative department at Disney among many other departments when he took over as CEO in 2005. He is arguably one of the most successful executives of the modern-day era.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>One thing I cannot live without\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>oh man, this one is difficult. I mean Spotify, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Hulu, ESPN +, Netflix, NFL Sunday Ticket, etc. (and my daily use of SoME&#x2122; Skincare!)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>an NFL player. Bahaha, I can\u2019t believe that! I thought I was going to be the #1 overall pick in the NFL draft.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>currently, it is definitely my team at Aesthetics Biomedical. I have never been around such an innovative team that rolls with the punches, continues to innovate every day, and is relentless towards the perpetual pursuit of perfection.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Our team is who I show up for day-in and day-out because I know they would do the same for me. Through the ups and downs, I am so blessed to have such a great culture at ABM. We have been constantly pressing forward since ABM launched in 2016 and that drive has led us to become one of the hottest\/fastest-growing aesthetic companies. The recognition belongs to all of the brilliant people below and especially our CEO, MaryAnn Guerra, who has a tremendous ability to take a variety of different people, personality types, skill sets, and backgrounds and successfully integrate them as a united front.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Our 2020 team consists of MaryAnn G, Todd R, John G, Lawrence R, Jessica W, Shana P, Shaun W, Kalie L, Courtney F, Kaitlynn M, Lynn B, Kira K, Raleigh E, Alexa H, Rachel L, Nick W, Andy G, Debb S, Linda M, &amp; Christine V.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>myself. I have always been self-motivated. I love the grind and having to consciously place one foot in front of another until you feel like you are running. It is just part of who I am.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>I have said to my wife that I want to launch a non-profit for young kids to help prevent bullying in K-12 eventually. Kids are mean these days, especially online, and I truly wish that young kids could feel accepted for who they are. Understanding that whatever makes them different or unique could actually be their biggest strength in life.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>to relive my Disney Fairytale Wedding. My wife and I had one of the most magical days of our lives.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My first job was\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Chick-fil-A in College Station, TX\u2026 My pleasure.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My favorite escape\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>most definitely cruising. I love the ocean, especially when you are <em>at sea <\/em>and all you hear are the waves.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My life\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>is something I am extremely grateful for every single day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m currently working on\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>in addition to launching our first to market PRP-based skincare product, SoME&#x2122; Skincare and our celebrity ambassador campaign with Molly Sims, I\u2019m developing marketing programs that allow us to connect directly with physicians and consumers.
