Developers\u00a0SB2-VB, LLC\u00a0has announced that there will be yet another way to call Gilbert home, this time via a luxury resort-style apartment community. Live+Work+Play project\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.verdegilbert.com\/\">Verde at Cooley Station<\/a>\u00a0will be adding\u00a0Quintana, a development of Shaw, Ltd. Quintana will be one of two multi-family apartment communities within Verde at Cooley Station. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quintana will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Other high-level amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, a 3,000-sq.-ft. fitness facility, an indoor kid&#8217;s play area, individual offices for rent as well as co-working spaces, a theater room, a game room, a coffee bar and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQuintana\u2019s design and amenities reflect the high standards of Verde at Cooley Station.\u00a0Having obtained final design review approval on March 4, I hope to begin construction in October,\u201d says Dennis Shaw of Shaw, Ltd. in a press release. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verde at Cooley Station began construction last November, which kicked off the first phase of construction for the 23-acre project with an opening planned for early 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Gilbert consistently wins accolades for being a top spot to live in the United States.
