Tell us what got you into this crazy business? <\/strong>A personal buying experience that left me feeling that I probably had more rights than my Realtor at that time told me. It was a true learning experience going through the schooling and learning all that I did not know\u2026and I was kinda right! Since then, I have enjoyed practicing real estate and being of value to my clients. I am certain to explain every part of their transactions, am totally transparent as well as easy to reach. Having been in the industry during varying markets and for a long duration of time, I can tell you that I truly enjoy every transaction as they are all different\u2026ending in a happy Close of escrow!<\/p>\r\n

What areas do you specialize in?<\/strong> I specialize in the Arcadia, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale area. I have lived in the area for over a decade and know it well. Each of them have different market trends and knowing the area and the growth patterns allows me to deliver value to my clients.<\/p>\r\n

Tell us about your family<\/strong>. I\u2019m so flipping lucky to have two amazing kids. With these teenagers (boy and girl), life is a fun adventure. We are really close, and I would like to think that they share everything with me (wishful thinking, I know). Doing day trips and taking extended vacations together keep our bond strong (and makes me feel younger).<\/p>\r\n

What is your favorite documentary or movie?<\/strong> I\u2019m an old school guy. The preference would have to lie with The Godfather (Part I and II).<\/p>\r\n

What topic would you speak about if you were asked to give a talk on something outside of <\/strong>real estate<\/strong>? Being kind to yourself! That would be an awesome class for any and all. We have all had some sort of tribulations that have forced us to say WHY? I would like to change that to WHAT? What have you done for yourself? I would discuss everything from sleep patterns to exercise to diet (or lack thereof) and just flat out how to be better to ourselves.<\/p>\r\n
