Luxury home sales are underway at Boulder Ranch<\/a>, a Toll Brothers community at the northeast corner of 118th Street and Jomax Road in North Scottsdale. Boulder Ranch showcases stunning new home designs for spectacular indoor-outdoor lifestyles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gated community will include 51 single-level homes on estate-sized home sites ranging up to three-and-one-half acres with mountain views and beautiful desert surroundings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seven home designs, including three new plans and four of Toll Brothers most popular plans are offered. Homes range from 3,600 to 5,000 square feet with three to seven bedrooms, three-and-one-half to seven baths, and three to five car garages. Homebuyers have a selection of Contemporary, Modern, Prairie, Modern Ranch and Mission architectural styles to choose from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to thousands of choices\nat the full-service Design Studio, Boulder Ranch floor plans may be\npersonalized with a wide variety of structural options and upgrades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
