Looking to freshen up the house for the holidays?\u00a0The Shade Store<\/a><\/u>\u00a0announced the launch of an exclusive collection of fabrics for\u00a0drapery<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Roman shades<\/a>\u00a0developed with design superstar, Nate Berkus. The Nate Berkus for The Shade Store collection is now available at all 65 The Shade Store locations nationwide and\u00a0online<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n

\n

The collection of minimal prints is inspired by Berkus\u2019s\u00a0travel, as well as things he collects. Per the press release, the designs showcase a modern interpretation of classic techniques, including block printing, painting and hand-drawing paired with a neutral color palette of muted pinks, browns, teals and grays.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor my first foray into designing material specifically for drapery and Roman shades, I wanted to create sophisticated patterns that feel accessible to a multitude of customers and maximize the natural cotton fabric,\u201d says Berkus, in the press release. \u201cI was inspired by the diamond and starburst motifs that were common in French 1930\u2019s and 40\u2019s d\u00e9cor and developed a
