Family-owned and -operated The Statesman Group will launch nearly $200 million in luxury residential real estate within Desert Ridge, starting this summer. The Luxe at Desert Ridge will feature 223 condominiums while the The Montreux will be home to 335 apartments.<\/p>\n
Starting from $550,000, The Luxe will feature two- and three-bedroom condominiums with open floor plans ranging in size from 1,630 to 2,225 square feet and customizable penthouse units up to 3,300 square feet. The project will be home to some of the Valley\u2019s largest condominium patios, complete with an optional outdoor grill. The first 30 homes will break ground early 2019. With move-ins expected Spring 2019, The Montreux will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments ranging in size from 805 to 1,518 square feet, and residents will have access to desirable resort-style amenities. Leasing will begin later this year, and rents are expected to start from $1,475 per month.<\/p>\n

The Luxe combines modern sophistication with classic desert design to offer a level of luxury not found anywhere else in the Phoenix-metro area for this value. The Montreux is highly amenitized and designed with the outdoors in mind with beautiful gazebos, lush landscaping and an expansive turf area for community events.\u201d<\/p>\n
