The clubhouse was crafted by award-winning designer Bing Hu and his team at H&amp;S International.<\/p>\n<p>The Club is the centerpiece of Shea Homes\u2019 newest Trilogy master-planned resort community near Scottsdale, and its completion is the final major component in the development of Verde River Golf &amp; Social Club. Opening into the courtyard is The Market Placem a coffee bar, sandwich shop and neighborhood grocer. Here, members can purchase pasta, organic sauces, olive oils, wines, milk, eggs and their daily cup of hot coffee or on-tap cold brew.<\/p>\n<p>Alvea Spa, which is open to the public, brings full-service salon and spa amenities to the northeast corner of the Valley, while golfers are already likely familiar with\u00a0Eddy\u2019s Poolside, offering casual fare, a fire pit and cocktails. Per the press release, the following amenities and services are reserved for members: Helen\u2019s Kitchen hosts everything from cooking demonstrations and classes to viewing parties for sporting events and other programs. The three areas found at the Art Loft \u2013 studio, art yard, and lawn \u2013 provide members with plenty of room to explore their artistic side. The Sports Pavilion features four tennis courts (one stadium), four pickleball courts, bocce ball, and a croquet lawn. The resort-style pool is surrounded by palm trees and a variety of lounge seating and private cabanas.
