Black and white rooms are the best way to make a bold statement, without using vibrant colors. But, maybe take it down a notch from the Kardashian look, and keep the black and white decor to furniture, instead of walls and tile floors. <\/p>\n

To achieve this look, mix up accent pieces such as art, lighting, and textiles to bring your space together. Even the small things like vivid black and white printed pillows can really change the look of a room. One great way to achieve this look is to bring accent pieces together and really finish off a room, add a printed area rug to the space.<\/p>\n

Unsure where to go with white? Modernize the classic black-and-white color combination by pairing those stark, white walls with black sofas. For alternative seating, find a simple white chair with small black accents.<\/p>\n

Although using prints in home is the best way to achieve this look, remember not to go overboard when it comes to using graphic prints in the space. If you use a large printed area rug, avoid incorporating a lot of overwhelming art as well.
