Plus, this will prevent the cords from tangling while on the adventure.<\/li>\n<li>A pot holder makes a heat-safe case for your hair tools. In a hurry to pack and go? Wrap that curling iron in a heating pad for a quick and safe escape.<\/li>\n<li>Use an old shower cap to cover the bottoms of your shoes. Don\u2019t let the dirty shoes ruin your clean clothes!<\/li>\n<li>Just for the men \u2013 use a belt to keep your collar stiff.<\/li>\n<li>Stick a dryer sheet in your suitcase with your clothes to keep them smelling fresh.<\/li>\n<li>Use a pill container to store and sort your jewelry.<\/li>\n<li>To prevent bottles from leaking in your luggage, place plastic wrap over the container and then seal it with the cap.<\/li>\n<li>When bringing a small amount of concealer or lotions, put them in contact cases. While this will limit the supply, it will also prevent the spilling and bulky odd shaped objects in your suitcase.<\/li>\n<li>Place shoes foot-to-toe in the bottom of your suitcase.<\/li>\n<li>Pack empty tote bags for dirty laundry and souvenirs. Just be careful this won\u2019t spill over and make it a second checked bag.<\/li>\n<li>Put a binder clip over a razor.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid little pouches and purses. This will just bulk down your suitcase and leave you with less room than when you started.<\/li>\n<li>Pack basics that you can re-wear.\u00a0Think that little black dress. Pack a few staples and a few things that will make them different enough to avoid the same outfit, different day photo fiasco.<\/li>\n<li>Wear bulky items on the plane \u2013 hey, you might \u00a0be thankful you wore that oversized sweater on the plane!<\/li>\n<li>Use hotel toiletries.
