North Phoenix continues to grow, and a new townhome community is adding 259 rental homes to the area while putting residents close to some of the most popular shopping and dining destinations. Sonoran Row<\/a>, located on Sonoran Desert Drive, is a new luxury townhome community managed by Mark-Taylor Residential<\/a> on behalf of developer Soltrust. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The community is designed to offer a little more space and privacy than a traditional apartment, with private-entry two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,264 to 1,861 square feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sonoran Row sits near Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), the Shops at Norterra and an expanding collection of restaurants, retailers and employment opportunities in North Phoenix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For residents who would rather spend their free time outside, the community also provides easy access to the nearby Sonoran Preserve.
