SG:<\/strong> Luxury buyers in 2026 are generally more strategic and lifestyle-focused than they were during the rapid appreciation years. While recent market data shows that closed sales in Greater Phoenix are still outperforming national trends, pending sales have slowed significantly \u2014 which tells us buyers are now taking more time to evaluate quality, pricing and overall value. Today\u2019s sophisticated buyer is also highly payment-conscious, even at higher price points. Many are negotiating concessions or incentives to offset carrying costs, which aligns with trends unfolding across the whole Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, we\u2019re seeing strong demand for turnkey homes with modern finishes, wellness amenities, home gyms, resort-style outdoor living and flexible spaces for remote work or multigenerational living.\u00a0Buyers still want luxury housing, but they\u2019re also expecting a more complete lifestyle package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
