For the fifth time in seven years, the Shea Homes Arizona Division has claimed the top prize in the most renowned yearly competition among home builders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 39th\u00a0annual Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards recognized the exemplary efforts of builders and land developers; interior designers and architects; and sales managers and associates who make the industry in the Valley one of the nation\u2019s leaders. Shea Homes was recognized as 2025 Builder of the Year at the prestigious competition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presented by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, the MAME Awards recognize the homebuilding industry\u2019s best sales, marketing, design, merchandising, architectural and professional achievements.\u00a0This year, 25 different home builders submitted over 250 entries for more than 60 categories, which were open to new home companies of all sizes, from production to custom builders, as well as member vendor partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
