Compass<\/a>, the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States (by sales volume), announced it has strengthened its presence in Arizona with the addition of North & Co. Realty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

North & Co.\u2019s co-founder, Brian North, said the company is ready for its progress. The two powerhouses specialize in luxury residential sales and hope to drive the Arizona market into the future. Since the addition of North & Co., Compass has more than 450 producing agents and has markets in Flagstaff and Prescott, Arcadia, Central Phoenix and the greater southeast Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n

Compass is now the state\u2019s top seller of high-end homes, with nearly $4 billion in luxury property sales. The growth will grant agents access to more clients, buyers and properties. The expansion will also include two new offices in 2025 with one location in Flagstaff and the other in Chandler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
