The upstairs living unit features a grand living room with a fireplace and glass alcove, along with a dining room, kitchen, family room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The architect utilized the downstairs unit as his studio, which opens up to an enclosed outdoor patio through a sliding wall. The idyllic indoor\/outdoor workspace features a fountain and pre-Columbian statue and at the time showcased samples of Lloyd\u2019s work to potential clients and those who came to visit.
