Built on a saddle above a deep wash in Paradise Valley, the 4,648-square-foot single-level home is a design\/build masterpiece by Paul Christian Yaeger, a mid-20th<\/sup>-century Phoenix designer influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Built in 1967, the five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home, 6224 North 38th Street, has masonry and sandblasted masonry walls, vaulted ceilings and extensive windows. A sensitive update by Midcentury-Modern specialist Joel Contreras was completed two years ago, including millwork and cabinetry by highly respected Rysso Peters, Phoenix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
