Epicenter\u2019s new tenants include\u00a0barre3<\/a>,\u00a0Belly Kitchen & Bar<\/a>,\u00a0OLIVESPA<\/a>,\u00a0Raw Organic Juice<\/a><\/strong>, Source,\u00a0Spinato’s<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Pizzeria & Family Kitchen,\u00a0and\u00a0UnderTow<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This vibrant new line-up of tenants joins\u00a0Beer Barn<\/a>,\u00a0Bunky Boutique<\/a>,\u00a0Gadzooks<\/a>,\u00a0Hooligan\u2019s Barbershop<\/a>,\u00a0Matt\u2019s Big Breakfast<\/a>,\u00a0Peixoto Coffee<\/a>,\u00a0Wylde Hair Salon<\/a><\/strong>, The Fit Collective, and Vintage Home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These best-in-class retailers are slated to open to the public in late 2021 and early 2022, while residential tenants begin move-ins fall of 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are excited to have chosen Epicenter for our second UnderTow location.

The combination of attractive demographics and Epicenter\u2019s unique \u2018main street\u2019 format in a mixed-use development made it the ideal choice for Barter & Shake to bring our award-winning UnderTow concept to Gilbert.
