Paradise Valley Home Sells for a Record-Breaking $23.5 Million

A Paradise Valley mansion recently sold for $23.5 million in cash, setting a new record for the highest price paid for a home in the area.

The stunning home sits on a five-acre property near Mummy Mountain, which offers gorgeous views and comes complete with a guest house and two swimming pools featuring extravagant lighting and water displays, plus multiple orange and palm trees planted throughout the outdoor spaces.

Among its many luxuries and amenities, the 18,500-square-foot estate boasts a gym, two libraries, a piano room, theater, 9000-bottle wine room, two bars and four garages, which include a car showroom that features antique gas pumps.

According to the Arizona Republic, the Paradise Valley home was developed in 2009 by former Taser International Chairperson Phillips Smith. An LLC called Go Citrus 1 purchased the home this month from an LLC that is led by ITToolbox’s founder, Daniel Morrison. Joan Levinson of Realty ONE Group managed the listing.

Up until this home’s record-breaking transaction, the highest selling price for a home in Paradise Valley was $21 million.
