First Village at Silverleaf Home Now Complete

The Village at Silverleaf broke ground in Scottsdale in 2016–and the first home of its kind is now complete. The Village at Silverleaf is an exclusive enclave that sits at the edge of the Silverleaf Golf Club, made up of 12 villas and seven club cottages. These “jewel boxes” were designed by Oz Architects and are being constructed by Cullum Homes. The villages and club cottages are designed for the luxurious lock-and-leave lifestyle.

The homes within the Village at Silverleaf range in size from 2,733 to 4,851 square feet and sale prices range from $2,325,000 to over $4,000,000. This is the final neighborhood of single-family homes in the community and has a limited number of lots remaining for sale. A number of the homes in this neighborhood are currently under construction.

The completed cottage is two stories and custom-designed by Oz Architect’s Don Ziebell. The home mirrors the style of the Silverleaf Clubhouse, with warm wood beams in the ceiling and beautiful stone elements. It houses dramatic windows that frame views of the McDowell Mountains and the driving range from every angle of the home. It is is 3,133 square feet and includes four bedrooms and 4.5 baths.
