Mark it on your calendar in advance or input it in your phone calendar with a reminder alert. No excuses!<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. That way you and your coworkers can cheer each other on 9 to 5, you can omit the usual office fat traps like morning donuts and sodas, and you use your competitive fires to keep motivated. Who doesn\u2019t want to win\u2026 especially if there\u2019s a prize involved, not to mention bragging rights!<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Take a before photo<\/strong><br \/>\nThe \u201cBefore\u201d photo not only opens your eyes to what you <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">really<\/span> look like (\u201c<i>I didn\u2019t know I had a fat roll there!<\/i>\u201d), it serves as a constant reminder to how far you\u2019ve come and why you don\u2019t want to go back to your old ways.
