If you said <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">gain weight<\/span>, you\u2019re wrong, wrong, wrong. Yes, common wisdom tells us that all that holiday indulging can give us a little more junk in the Xmas trunk, but I say it\u2019s time to rewrite the holidays. \u2018Tis the season to get fit! No way am I letting my workouts fall to the wayside and I have a foolproof plan to make sure that doesn\u2019t happen. I\u2019ve drafted up a workout schedule (all FREE!) so that I stay on track \u2014 and I\u2019ve dubbed it my \u201c12 Days of Fitness.\u201d There is method behind my planning\u2026 having it all in front of me in black and white keeps me accountable.
