How do you know if you\u2019re really ready to make changes?&nbsp; Research has shown it can take up to 66 days (over 2 months) for a change to become a habit. Some feel 28 days, but either way it\u2019s not just over night and it takes time and consistency. Both of which are a challenge and for many they don\u2019t have the patience.
