Cardio if FREE.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4) Foam Roller &#8211; stimulate blood flow to the extremities between flights or in the hotel after a long day of travel and sightseeing<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5) Mobility Strap &#8211;
