Here are 3 basic Kettlebell exercises to add into your workout routine.<\/p>\n<p>1. Slingshot &#8211; Great warm up exercise and move to add in between more diffcult sets as an active recovery.<\/p>\n<p>2. Windmill &#8211; Engages multiple muscle groups at a time. Shoulders, core, glutes &amp; hamstrings.<\/p>\n<p>3. Kettlebell Swing &#8211; Engages multiple muscles groups at a time.
