Something thats going to get your heart rate up and endorphin\u2019s kickin. Destress with this workout:<\/p>\n<p>30 sec on \/ 10 sec off x4<\/p>\n<p>Burpee box Jump<\/p>\n<p>Russian Twists<\/p>\n<p>Out-in Rope Slams<\/p>\n<p>Toe to Bar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>When you are feeling depressed<\/strong><\/em> take your workout outside and get some sunshine and vitamin D. Kick those blues goodbye with this workout along the canal or in the park:<\/p>\n<p>30 sec Sprint<\/p>\n<p>30 sec Squats<\/p>\n<p>30 sec Push ups<\/p>\n<p>30 sec Sit-ups<\/p>\n<p>*Repeat as many rounds as possible<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>When you are feeling angry not so social<\/strong><\/em>, I recommend doing a intense strength workout. Blast your favorite music and focus on lifting heavy and getting a total body burn out.
