{"id":4683,"date":"2014-03-26T22:30:13","date_gmt":"2014-03-27T05:30:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/fitness\/?p=4683"},"modified":"2014-03-26T22:30:13","modified_gmt":"2014-03-27T05:30:13","slug":"whats-fitness-bucket-list","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/health-and-fitness\/news\/whats-fitness-bucket-list\/","title":{"rendered":"What\u2019s On Your Fitness Bucket List?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Since I\u2019m in a reflective mood, I thought I\u2019d revisit my \u201cFitness Bucket List\u201d from last year to see what I have\/haven\u2019t crossed off the list &#8211; and was kinda surprised by what I discovered\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>#1) Yoga head stand\u2026 or handstand<\/strong><br \/>\nCHECK! It happened in Alex Austin\u2019s class. We did a ton of core work first, and then it was time to play. With no pressure or expectation, I put my hands into position, set the top of my head on the mat, took a deep breath and\u2026 DID IT! No, the room didn\u2019t erupt into applause, but I did give myself a great big giant mental high five. Not bad if I do say so myself. Constantly evaluating and updating your goals keeps things fresh and exciting.
