Break cauliflower into florets and place in food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower looks like rice (about 10 seconds). NOTE: You may need to do this in two batches to avoid overcrowding (which leads to mush). 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add coconut oil and allow to melt. Toss the onion and garlic into the pan, stir with a wooden spoon for one minute. Add cauliflower and stir.<br \/>\n3. Add in\u00a0egg while stirring. Add remaining ingredients and saut\u00e9 \u201crice\u201d for 5-7 minutes until cooked.<br \/>\n4. Serve with ground chicken, shrimp, steamed vegetables, Salmon or grass fed beef<br \/>\n<i>*Make it vegan by leaving egg out.
