Here, the healthy foodie and yoga enthusiast shares all her local fitness favorites\u2026<\/p>\n<p><b>Favorite time to workout\u2026<br \/>\n<\/b>My favorite time to workout is in the morning \u2013 my energy level is better and it sets a nice tone for my day.<\/p>\n<p><b>Favorite workout\u2026<br \/>\n<\/b>I\u2019m a yoga instructor, but I don\u2019t necessarily consider my personal yoga practice a workout;
