If I do, I fall off the wagon directly into a tub of Ben & Jerry\u2019s. Deprivation drives me to overeat. But I wouldn\u2019t mind losing my love handles. So I went to Sarah Jones, Nutrition Counselor for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mountainsidefitness.com\/ArizonaScottsdale.aspx\">Mountainside Fitness Scottsdale<\/a> for her calorie-cutting tricks that don\u2019t sacrifice satiety. Here are her top 5\u2026<\/p>\n<p><b>5 Ways to Cut Calories without Feeling Deprived<\/b> by Sarah Jones<br \/>\nI recently saw a great e-card that sums up \u201cdiets\u201d perfectly:\u00a0\u201c<i>Dear Diet, things just aren\u2019t going to work out between us.\u00a0It\u2019s not me, it\u2019s you. You\u2019re tasteless, boring and I can\u2019t stop cheating on you<\/i>.\u201d\u00a0Sound familiar?\u00a0Instead of being diet focused, try being lifestyle focused \u2013 and use the following strategies to cut calories without feeling deprived:<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nix forbidden foods.
