I have a zillion sites bookmarked, but here are my 4 faves for healthy bites. Thankfully, I don\u2019t have to choose. Sara writes the recipes and her hubby Hugh takes the gorgeous photos\u2026 and once you start scrolling you won\u2019t be able to stop. I swear Sara has super powers: she has the knack for turning simple, fresh ingredients into divine dishes that\u2019ll wow any crowd, she takes salads to new heights of hearty and healthy (Glazed Beet + Carrot Salad \u2013 hello!) and she\u2019ll make you fall in love with veggies. She can even make something as simple as Braised Leeks taste gourmet. Yes, the site features loads of sweet eats, but there are drool-worthy entrees too, like Spiced Red Lentil, Kale and Tomato Soup and Creamy Avocado Spaghetti Squash Pasta\u2026 yum! Angela, who recovered from an eating disorder and now has a renewed passion for food, peppers the posts with plenty of personal information&#8230; so you feel like you\u2019re cooking with a gal pal.
