How many times a week do you workout? On a good week, Stephanie Pereyra, Director of Marketing for Mountainside Fitness, hits the gym 6 times a week; on a bad week, 4. True, Stephanie works for a place that obviously encourages being active, but kudos to the 27-year-old for the discipline. When she’s not working up a sweat at her home gym, Mountainside Fitness Pavilions, you’ll find her kickboxing, trying out new recipes and traveling as much as she can. Oh and listening to Taylor Swift (she’s obsessed J). Favorite calorie burner…
Laughing 🙂 OK, really HIT workouts and boxing. The intervals blast your body and you burn more calories than running on the treadmill for an hour, plus it keeps things interesting/exciting.

Favorite workout wear…
Anything bright pink… lulu is the best!

Marcia Encinas, Cycle, Friday 9am, Mountainside Fitness Pavilions. Be there!

Favorite spa treatment…
Massage and facial! Facials keep my skin glowing and deep tissue massage to break down all the toxins/stress/repair from working out.

Favorite vacation spot…
Greek islands, but really any beach will do!
