Les Misérables at ASU Gammage

If you missed the first couple performances of Boublil & Schönberg's legendary musical, Les Misérables this past week, don’t worry; showtimes extend into the weekend with evening shows every day. United Way Luncheon at the Arizona Biltmore

Kick off your weekend with some charitable fun by coming out to the We Are UNITED/Women United signature event featuring the keynote speaker and program activist, Vanessa Williams. This event benefits more than 75,000 children across the Valley by funding initiatives to end children’s hunger. Spring Arizona Restaurant Week

This Friday, May 18, kicks off the much-anticipated Spring Arizona Restaurant Week. If you are unfamiliar, this 10-day-long event is the perfect chance to get your taste buds out of their comfort zone and try delicious restaurants all over the Valley. The Diary of Anne Frank at Herberger Theater Center

This Friday marks the opening night of the play inspired by the ever-famous Diary of Anne Frank. The Diary of Anne Frank captures the realities, emotions and tragic journey of eight people hiding from the Nazis in a concealed storage attic in war-torn Amsterdam. This is the first opportunity out of the three-weekend sequence to catch the play, so don’t miss your chance to watch one of the most powerful stories in history come to life on stage. Vintage and Vino at Queen Creek Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre

This Friday and Saturday, May 18 and 19, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., come out to enjoy a day of trinkets and tasting. Vintage and Vino combines a vintage-shopping experience and wine affair featuring 100 vendors, live music, make and take classes, a kid's crafts zone, and a wine lounge for the adults ages 21 and older.
