Roar and Snore with a Dinosaur at Arizona Museum of Natural History
Were your kiddos ever obsessed with the Ben Stiller classic, Night at the Museum? Well, this weekend kids, ages 6 to 12, have a chance to spend the night at the Arizona Museum of Natural History. Included in this sleepover-of-the-decade is a visit to the paleontology lab, fossil preparation, a flashlight tour and more. The program begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 9 a.m. the next morning. Artful Play! Games & Toys at the i.d.e.a. Museum
Do you have some future engineers on your hands? Well, this weekend explore the i.d.e.a. Museum’s newest exhibit: Artful Play! Games & Toys. Movies in the Outfield at Goodyear Ballpark: Lego Batman
Continuing this weekend is the super-unique experience of Movies in the Outfield at Goodyear Ballpark. The movie this week is "Lego Batman." So, grab your favorite blanket and prepare for an experience to remember. Admission is complimentary and light snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. Gates open at 6:30 p.m., and the movie will run from 7 to 9:30 p.m.

Create a Mystical Sea Creature at The Gallery at Scottsdale’s Civic Center Library
This Saturday, take your kiddos out to witness the artist, Tania Radda’s “Deep Time” exhibit at Scottsdale’s Civic Center Library. At this exhibit, they will get to dive into the depths of their imagination as they take recycled materials and create their own fantasy sea creatures. Click here to purchase tickets.
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. this Saturday, Pueblo Grande Museum invites families to enjoy a morning of fun hands-on activities. This event features author readings and story-related crafts and is the perfect event for children from preschool through fourth grade. Each program is $5, and includes a light snack and museum admission for the participant. Parents can pre-register here or check-in at the museum front desk upon arrival to participate. Sunday:
FUNdraiser at Evereve in the Biltmore Fashion Park
This Sunday, take your kiddos on a fun little outing to the Biltmore Fashion Park. Evereve, a mom-friendly women’s clothing store, is teaming up with The Pearce Family Foundation and Alice’s Table, for FUNdraising with Flowers. Here, guests will learn how to create their own beautiful flower arrangements and be able to shop the clothing at Evereve while enjoying mimosas and snacks. The Pearce Family Foundation will receive $10 back from every $65 ticket sold, as well as 15 percent of sales from Evereve. To pair with all of these goodies for Mom is a fun little play station for the kiddos. From books and coloring to LEGOS and stuffed animals, tots will be distracted and having a blast while you get your shop on. So, come out and enjoy a morning full of flowers, shopping, and giving back!
McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park Concerts
In the mood for some fun tunes? Well, come out and enjoy a free concert by Eagles tribute band, One of These Nights at the Scottsdale, train park. Bring blankets and chairs and a few dollars to treat your kiddos to yummy snacks and $2 train and carousel rides. The concert will begin at 7:30 and end at 9 p.m.
Artisan Fest at OdySea in the Desert
Come out this Sunday, from noon to 4 p.m., to kick off the June Artisan Fest at OdySea in the Desert. The event will be held at the outdoor courtyard and will feature free family yoga, live music, and a marketplace featuring some of the finest local crafts, artists, and designers.
