Bentley Gallery

This Phoenix art gallery’s specialty is two-pronged: contemporary art and ancient artifacts. The Bentley Gallery represents mid-career and museum-collected artists in the United States and Europe who work in everything from textiles to drawing to video. Additionally, the gallery collects authentic antiquities from the Chinese bi and cong and from the Neolithic period.

 

Cosanti

A definite departure from the stretches of galleries along Roosevelt Row and Old Town Scottsdale, the experimental earth-formed concrete structures of Cosanti were designed by famed architect Paolo Soleri to be minimalistic, sustainable and meditative. While the grounds themselves are certainly an artform, Cosanti is known for its bronze and ceramic bells. These handcrafted bells feature one-of-a-kind designs, so no two pieces are ever the same.

 

Gebert Contemporary

For a dose of abstract painting and sculpture, visit Gebert Contemporary in Old Town Scottsdale. Exhibited works come primarily from mid-career and established artists native to Belgium, Germany, Spain, Mexico and the United States.

 

King Galleries Scottsdale
